1. A full sheet of newspaper.
2. Two 1/4 inch round wooden dowels (one 24 inches, one 20 inches)
3. Scissors.
4. Pencil.
5. String.
6. Masking tape or packing tape.
7. Ruler or yardstick.
8.  Yarn and/or ribbons.
