How we made coconut oil .

1, 3 coconuts.

2.take out the coconut met out of the coconut shell . 

3. Wosh it in nice cold water.

4.grab a bucket and pot hot water in it .

5.  Pot the coconut skin on the stove 

6. grab your hands and smash it .

7. Have it in a bag and pot the scin in it and let it drop out all the coconut oil .
